Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled with a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days — after that, the year completes. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
We'll email you when you reach 80% of your monthly cap. If you go over, personalization keeps running — we don't cut it off mid-month. At month-end, we'll have a conversation about upgrading. We won't surprise you with overage charges.
Never. Each merchant's behavioral data is fully isolated. Preference models are built per-store — no cross-merchant signal pooling. Your shoppers' behavior is used only to improve recommendations on your store.
Yes. You can request a full export of your aggregated behavioral analytics data at any time. Individual-level session data is anonymized and cannot be exported in identifiable form — by design. We take data minimization seriously.
No setup fee on either plan. Starter installs via Shopify or BigCommerce app — typically under 30 minutes. Scale plan includes an onboarding call where we configure grid weights and category tuning together.
For Shopify and BigCommerce: 30–45 minutes from install to first personalized grid. For Klaviyo email blocks: an additional 15 minutes to set up the dynamic content block in your flow. Headless or custom API setups vary — typically a half-day engineering effort.
