An active member is any loyalty program member who has had at least one transaction event processed through the Revlance API in the current billing month. Members who are enrolled but have no events that month don't count toward your active member cap.

Yes. You can upgrade from Essentials to Growth at any time — your existing data, configurations, and integrations transfer without interruption. Downgrading is possible at the end of a billing cycle. Contact the team if you're growing toward Enterprise volume.

We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly event limit. Events beyond the plan cap are processed at an overage rate of $0.0004 per event — we don't block your program mid-month. You can also pre-authorize a plan upgrade to avoid overages.

Yes. Essentials and Growth plans include a 14-day free trial with sandbox access and up to 50,000 test events. No credit card required to start — you'll be asked for billing details at the end of the trial if you want to continue.

Annual billing is charged upfront for 12 months at the annual rate (17% lower than monthly). You get the same plan limits as monthly, plus your rate is locked for the year regardless of price changes. Annual plans renew automatically unless you cancel 30 days before renewal.
