Tier Rules Engine
Build tier logic as complex as your program needs
Configure qualification windows, downgrade grace periods, tier-lock promotions, and custom tier names — without writing a single line of code or filing a vendor ticket.
From Bronze to Platinum — and everything in between
Each tier has configurable qualification thresholds, benefits, and downgrade rules. Rename them to match your brand — "Insider / Explorer / Elite" or any naming that fits your program.
- Rolling windows: 12-month, calendar-year, or custom period for qualification spend.
- Grace periods: Members keep their tier for a configurable period before downgrading — reducing churn anxiety.
- Tier-lock promos: Freeze members in a tier during seasonal peak periods to drive purchase behavior.
Tier management without the engineering tickets
Flexible Qualification Windows
12-month rolling, fixed calendar year, or custom fiscal-year windows. Each tier can have an independent qualification period to match your program's cadence.
Downgrade Grace Periods
Configure a buffer period — 30, 60, or 90 days — before a member drops a tier at the end of their qualification window. Reduces churn anxiety at tier-review time.
Tier-Lock Promotions
Freeze all members in their current tier for a promotional period — a Q4 holiday lock that rewards loyalty during peak spending, then re-evaluates in January.
Custom Tier Naming
Name your tiers anything. "Insider / Explorer / Elite" for an outdoor retailer. "Silver / Gold / Platinum Rewards Club" for a grocery chain. Naming is a config field, not a redeploy.
